1. Before registering, you will need the following information for each player:  your attendance area in Lakeville (elementary or middle school); emergency contact (not in household); Visa/MasterCard or debit card info.  
2. For first time users, Select the Online Registration tab on the LFA website. Click on the appropriate program (Flag, 3rd, 4th, 5th or 6th) registration link from the list to register first child. Enter valid email address and click the Submit button to have the system send a password to your email address you just provided. Once password has been retrieved from your email address provider, you may continue to the next step. If you have been in the LFA system in the past years and the system can not recognize the email address you provided (i.e. email address changed over the past year or you don’t remember the email address), send an email to  asking for the email address associated with your family profile to be updated with a current email address (hopefully you will get a response back within 24 hours).
3. For users with password, Select the Online Registration tab on the LFA website. Click on the appropriate program (Flag, 3rd, 4th, 5th or 6th) registration link from list to register first child. Enter valid email address and password click the Submit button.
4. For families that have been in the LFA program in past years, the Family Entry & Participant Selection page may be displayed (if not, go to Step #4). Please click on each parent’s name to verify and make changes to the information (i.e. email addresses, phone numbers,etc.) and click the Submit button.   After data is verified, click on the Register button left of child to verify child’s information and click the Submit button. If another child needs to be added to family for this program registration, click on the Add a Child link to enter player’s information. Go to Step #7.
5. For families that are new to LFA or don’t have a current family account, a New Participant Information page will be displayed. For each new guardian/parent who wishes to receive emails from LFA and register with LFA, they will have to fill out this page to create a family account. If you want to change your temporary password, you may do so on this page. If you want to add another guardian, make sure the box next to the Submit button is selected before clicking on the Submit button to have the system save the guardian profile and prompt you with another New Participant Information page to fill out. Otherwise, de-select the box before you click the Submit button to have the system save the current guardian profile.
6. You will be prompted to fill out a child profile form. Once the data is entered, click the Submit button to have the system save the player profile.
7. You will be prompted to fill out a player registration form. Once the data is entered, click the Submit button to have the system save the player registration information. A Registration Review page will be displayed with the current family total payment info and the registration form data. If you need to make changes, you may click the Change button.
8. At the bottom of the Registration Review page, select the Click here to print this page for your records link to print a copy of registration review data for your records.   
9. If you need to register for another player, select the Click here to return to the Registration home page link and select the appropriate program (Flag, 3rd, 4th, 5th or 6th) registration link from the list to register the next child. Otherwise go to Step #13.
10. If you need to add a child to the family, select the Add a Child link, you will be prompted to fill out a child profile form. Once the data is entered, click the Submit button to have the system save the player profile.
11. You will be prompted to fill out a player registration form. Once the data is entered, click the Submit button to have the system save the player registration information. A Registration Review page will be displayed with the current family total payment info and the registration form data. If you need to make changes, you may click the Change button.
12. Print a copy of the registration review data for your records and repeat steps #9 – 12 for each player in family.
13. Once done with all your registrations it is time to make a payment.  Payments will need to be made immediately after registration via credit or debit card.   When paying by credit or debit card, select the click here to pay now link and then enter Visa/MasterCard credit card or debit card information, click the Submit Payment button to have the system process the credit card. When the transaction is completed successfully, print out the confirmation for your records. If you finish the registration process without a credit or debit card payment the system will automatically cancel your registration and send you a cancelation notice. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
14. If you are not able to make payment immediately upon registration please contact Mark Hrubes at , or at 612-619-7753 to coordinate the registration and payment process.
